If you cannot access your website but other users on a different ISP can, this is most likely due to your IP address being blocked by our server’s firewall, most probably due to multiple failed login attempts (cPanel, FTP, Mail, etc). It is now possible to unblock your IP without needing to contact our support department.
To do this, simply log into your client area account and click on the Unblock Ip Address link in the side navigation area of our client portal. While in the Unblock area our system will automatically check your ip against all blocked ip on our servers. From there you can select to remove the ban on your ip. In addition resellers may search for an ip manually in an attempt to remove any ip ban that in place for any of their customers.
